brsts sag when they lose their elasticity and this comes undesirable most times for ladies.
Sagging brsts happen as an aging process though in some ladies it comes faster making it droop as against it being perky and bouncy.
At this stage some ladies opt for some sort of enhancement or cosmetic surgery to keep the b**bs up but some simple remedies work as well, they especially work better when done often to keep them perky even before they sag.

The Ice Massage
Ice massage is a common way that works to keep brsts perky and for sagging ones help to keep them back ‘up’. The cold temperature in the ice helps contract the tissue which makes the brsts appear firmer and more lifted.
-Massage ice cubes short circular motions around each of the brsts for one minute
– Dry the brsts with a soft towel and immediately wear a proper fitting bra
– Recline in a position for about 30 minutes
– Repeat this at regular intervals through the day
Note: Do not use ice on the b**bs for more than 1 minute at a time as this can cause numbness!
